At Locs of Love LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and hair care purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
